IMPHAL, December 11: Chief Minister O Ibobi expressed grief over the demise of S Mangi Singh, IIS, who served as chairman in the MPCC media department.
“I am deeply grieved to learn about the sad demise of S. Mangi Singh, IIS at his residence on December 11. Mangi had a significant record of service in the field of journalism. He also served as Chairman in the Media Department of the MPCC. He earned the respect and admiration of the people for his dedication and sense of public service. In his death, the State has lost a talented journalist,” said the Chief Minister in his condolence message.
“I convey my heartfelt condolences to the members of the bereaved family and pray the Almighty God to give them strength to withstand this loss,” it added.
