IMPHAL, December 28: In a press release the International Peace and Social Advancement (IPSA) has stated that it would back all measures taken up by the government in the state against a senior cadre of NSCN (IM) Livingstone Anal involved in the Chandel incident and urged the state government to take up actions for appeasing the public. IPSA also condemned the Napet Palli incident and condoled the premature demise of TV journalist Thangjam Dwijamani.
