IMPHAL, Aug 5: Leisok village inspite of having the electricity connections have been under darkness for the past one year due to non payment of bills. The efforts of the Army has finally resulted in payment of all outstanding dues of the State Electricity Department and the electricity has finally been supplied to this remote village, said a statement issued by PIB (DW).
