IMPHAL, Aug 6 : Barely 24 hours after a bomb exploded near Manipur State Museum injuring a CRPF personnel and a kid, a powerful IED weighing around 2 kg was found planted near M Sector (Defence PRO’s office), located a few metres away from Raj Bhavan today morning.
