IMPHAL, Aug 20: The 11th Manipur State League (MSL), 2016 sponsored by Khumukcham Ingocha Singh Memorial Trust which was earlier scheduled to commence from August 21 will now be started from August 24 at Mapal Kangjeibung due to ‘inconveniences beyond the control’ of the AMFA, according to a statement issued by the general secretary of AMFA.
