Ukhrul, Aug 22: Town Development Committee, Phungyar Headquarters, Ukhrul, has thanked 43 ST Phungyar MLA Victor Keishing for his role in the installation of two 2.5 MVA 33/11 KV power sub-station at Phungyar Headquarters, construction of rain water Harvest Service Reservoir, zonal reservoir and construction of reservoir lake, construction of a CBI branch under MDS and erection of a Airtel tower at Phungyar Headquarters.
