IMPHAL Aug 23 : Students’ Union of Kangleipak has opened its Model Hr Sec School unit at a meeting held at its head office on August 22. Elangbam Spencer and Konsam Monica have been nominated as the president and secretary general of the Unit, said a statement issued by the Union.
