IMPHAL Aug 31 : Meetei Erol Eyek Loinasillol Apunba Lup has postponed the meritorious award distribution function scheduled to be held on September 1 at Press Club in view of the bandh and blockades happening in the State and a new date for the function will be announced later, said a statement issued by MEELAL.
