IMPHAL, Jan 9 : Normal life at border town Moreh and movement of vehicles along Imphal-Moreh stretch of National Highway 2 were disrupted yet again by a bandh today called by social organisations to protest the killing of a village chief and a local Church chairman by unidentified people yesterday.
