A painting competition, touted to be the longest one in the history of Manipur, will be held on January 22 at Kanglapat under the aegis of Editors’ Guild Manipur (EGM), NCO-Gene, Contemporary Artist and Manipur and office of the Chief Electoral Officer, Manipur.
