IMPHAL, Jan 18: NSCN-IM has alleged that the killing of Dikhuanang Gonmei s/o Tajimang Gonmei and injuring of Jacky Kamei, Thuanilung Kamei and Nipen Kalita on January 12 at Khumji (Lukhambi) village were committed by Manipur State security forces.
