Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) VK Dewangan today left Imphal for Delhi to discuss the ongoing preparations for the 11th Manipur Legislative Assembly election with officials of the Election Commission of India. The CEO was called to Delhi by the ECI to review the State’s preparations for the forthcoming election, informed a source.
