Kakching: Kakching, one of the seven newly formed districts of Manipur, will be observing a district-level Republic Day for the first day this year. As preparations are going on in full swing, a full dress rehearsal of the R-Day celebration was held today at Navodaya ground, Kakching Chumnang Leikai, reports our correspondent.
