CCpur, Jan 29: Exactly a week after the chairman of UTLA, an armed group under SoO, was attacked by armed men in front of his residence at Tollen village, the Churachandpur police have today arrested two UTLA cadres belonging to a rival faction who were reportedly involved in the attack.
