IMPHAL, Jan 29 : The Manipur Muslim Welfare Organisation (MMWO) has threatened to boycott the Congress and BJP party in the ensuing State Assembly election if either take up measures to lift the ongoing economic blockade on National Highways imposed by the UNC.
