IMPHAL, Apr 13: In a landmark judgement, a single bench of High Court of Manipur comprising of Justice Kh Nobin Singh on April 10 directed Director of Health Services to pay a sum of Rs 33, 725 with 8 percent interest per annum from January 2015 within three months regarding non-payment in lieu of unutilised earned leave of Dr Th Suresh Singh while the latter was working as Director of Health Services.
