IMPHAL, Jun 27 : The President of India has appointed Justice Nongmei-kapam Kotiswar Singh, senior most Judge of Manipur High Court, as the Chief Justice of Manipur High Court with effect from July 1, following the scheduled superannuation of present Chief Justice Rakesh Ranjan Prasad. A notice to this effect was issued by the Joint Secretary of the Govt of India.
