IMPHAL, Jun 28: Self Employment Voluntary Association (SEVA) Manipur today organised a bicycle distribution ceremony under the theme bicycle promotion for control of carbon free environment today at Lamyanba Shanglen, Palace Compound. The programme was attended by Dr M Homeshwor Singh, Director, Directorate of Environment, A Bharjit Singh, president SEVA, Shamjai, president AMWJU and Dr N Rajmohon Singh, Professor, Dept of Chemistry, MU as the dais members.
