Jiribam: A public meeting on “Crime against women” was conducted by All Manipur Women’s Voluntary Association (AMAWOVA) at the town hall, Jiribam today.
The meeting was attended by All Jiribam United Clubs Association (AJUCA) president M Maipaksana Mangang, AMAWOVA president Y Kunjarani Devi, Apunba Jiribam Meira Paibi (AJMP) president S Sushila Devi and vice president of Poirei Leimarou Apunba Meira Paibi Manipur S Memcha Devi as chief guest, president and guests of honour respectively.
Dr Dhanabir Laishram and Advocate Chongtham Surjit attended the meeting as resource persons.
