IMPHAL, Dec 8 : Group Centre, CRPF, Langjing under the supervision of IGP, Manipur and Nagaland CRPF will organise the 8th Saheed Manoranjan Singh Memorial State Open Football Tournament from December 11 to 20 at Khuman Lampak, Main Stadium and Astro Turf Ground under the aegis of AMFA.
