Kangpokpi, Dec 10 (DIPR) : In the light of the most recent incident regarding hospital authority denying admission to a pregnant woman, Social Welfare and Cooperation Minister, and also the local MLA, Nemcha Kipgen paid a surprise visit today at the Community Health Centre (CHC), Kangpokpi which was recently upgraded to District Hospital.
