IMPHAL, Dec 22: Jiribam district being a valley, all the people living in surveyed areas of the district where pattas have been issued need not pay hill house tax, Revenue Minister Karam Shyam stated in the Manipur Legislative Assembly today in response to a query raised by Dr Chaltonlien Amo.
