IMPHAL, Dec 29: The SP Traffic has requested the public drivers and road users to follow traffic rules during the festival period of Gang-Ngai, New Years Eve and New Year day.
The police also appealed to the picnic goers not to drink and drive.
The police also appealed to all two wheeler driver to wear helmets at all time and for four wheeler drier to wear seat belts.
