IMPHAL, Dec 29: Social Welfare and Cooperation Minister Nemcha Kipgen has conveyed warm greetings and wishes to the people of the State on the joyous occasion of New Year 2018.
She appealed to the people to forget all their differ- ences and stand together for peace, harmony and prosperity.
