IMPHAL, Feb 28: Demanding announcement of the details of the Framework Agreement signed between NSCN (IM) and Government of India, students of Regular English School under the aegis of All Manipur Students’ Union (AMSU) protested the visit of All India Congress Committee (AICC) vice-president Rahul Gandhi to the State today.
