IMPHAL, Aug 19: The Eastern Kuki Chiefs’ Association, Chassad, Ukhrul has expressed discontentment over the recent ADC nomination of 43-Phungyar A/C which was legitimate for the Kuki community to occupy but denied and called for justice to the matter.
