A single bench of Justice N Kotiswar of High Court of Manipur has deferred the hearing of the writ petition filed by police aspirants against the cancellation of recruitment of Manipur Police Constable (Male Civil), 2013 till September 14 following a Caveat petition filed by seven candidates from Churachandpur challenging the writ petition.
