IMPHAL, Dec 11: The IMF North East Zone Sport Climbing Committee has appealed to all concerned to relax bandh/blockades for the team of climbers from NE States who are leaving the State on Dec 12 to participate in the 22nd National Sport Climbing Championship to be held from Dec 17 to 20 at Kanteerava Stadium complex, Bangalore.
