IMPHAL, Mar 2: Altogether 10 candidates from Motbung, Pallel, Komlathabi, Sugnu, Chandel, Senapati and Noney centres have been expelled from the ongoing High School Leaving Certificate Examination, 2012 conducted by Board of Secondary Education Manipur for using unfair means.
