MNS: A Befitting farewell party was given to Class XII Cadets (34th SOULS) of Sainik School Imphal on 24 March 2012 with great pomp and show. Class XII had their last Paper of the Board Exam on Saturday and they are leaving after Seven years of stay in the school. On the auspicious occasion, the parents of the cadets were invited to share the feelings of their wards. A heart rending farewell song was presented by class VIII cadets during the function. Each of Class XII cadets was given opportunity to speak and interact with everyone as well as to share experiences of their stay at the school.
A grand lunch was also organized in the Cadets’ Mess. Lastly Col (Dr) Ravi Kumar, the school Principal addressed the outgoing cadets motivating them to outshine in their respective chosen careers and bring laurels to the school. The school mementoes were presented by the Principal to them at the end of Grand function.
