Chandel, May 13: A residential house at Tengnoupal village, Chandel district was gutted by fire believed to have been caused by a power short circuit this morning at around 8, our correspondent reports.
The house belonged to S Thangkhohem Mate, ex-rifleman of Manipur Rifles.
