IMPHAL, May 23: Expressing strong concern over the impounding of passport of Naga human rights activists Luingam Luithui and Peingamla Luithui, the All Naga Students’ Association Manipur (ANSAM) has urged the GOI to demonstrate its duty towards individuals and fully restore their citizenship and their right to freedom of movement.
