IMPHAL, July 22: The All Manipur Disabled & Physically Handicapped Development Association has today said in a press release that the association is organising a state level open debating competition on the topic “Manipur Sarkarna Disabled Personsingbu Adummak Hanthaba Mityengna Yengbi” (The Govt of Manipur is yet looking down the disabled persons) on August 18, 2013 on the occasion of foundation day of this association.
The first prize of the debating competition is Rs 7000 while second and third prizes carry Rs 5000 and Rs 3000 respectively and further adding that the forms for it is available at SSS stationary, Singjamei; Softek Computer System, Keishampat; Titanic Restaurant, Shamurou and N Bhudhichandra Grocery Shop, Kumbi Bazaar, it said.
