KAKCHING, Dec 23 : Continuing its humanitarian activities for the welfare of local populace in the far flung areas of the State and as part of DGAR CAP project, 39 Assam Rifles/HQ 28 Sector, under the aegis of HQ Inspector General of Assam Rifles (South) organised a free medical camp at Serou, Kakching district on December 23.
