27 Assam Rifles of 9 Sector under HQ IGAR (South) organised an interactive session with the Meira Paibis at Sugnu in Thoubal District today. A total of 28 Meira Paibis and other women dignitaries of the area attended the function. They discussed about their well being and the prevailing state of affairs in the region. AR Officers exhorted the Meira Paibis to come ahead and take proactive steps for the development of the state and to ensure peace and prosperity in the region.
