Discovering the movement of UG cadre in Sagolband Tera Loukrakpam Leikai, troops of 37 Assam Rifles of 26 Sector and 18 SIKH of 9 Sector under HQ IGAR (South) launched joint operation in the area and apprehended one UNLF cadre on 20 Mar 2012. The apprehendee was identified as No. 1537 SS Sgt Major Kshetrimayum Loichangba alias Amarjeet, 32 yrs,s/o Kshmaipak,r/o Sagolmand Tera Loukrapam Leikai,Imphal West. One 9 mm Pistol with magazine, four 9 mm live rounds, two mobile phones,two laptops,one External hard disc and one Digital Camera were recovered from the apprehendee who alongwith recoveries were handed over to Lamphel Police station.
